Product Description
Foaming stabilizer is composed of several metallic soaps, special
foaming modifiers, foaming regulators through optimization and
formulation. It can be used specially for products with different
foam expansion ratios, such as PVC yoga mat, artificial leather,
carpet, shoe material, bottle cap pad. It is new
environmentally-friendly quick foaming stabilizer.
Features
(1) Best thermal stability: Favorable initial coloring resistance
and sustainable thermal stability. The dosage is about 60-70% of
liquid Zn-Ba and K-Zn, which greatly reduces formula cost of
manufacturer.
(2) Environmentally-friendly and nontoxic: It is Ca-Zn formula
system, with no peculiar smell. It has passed SGS detection.
(3) Specific foam catalyzing effect: Greatly reduce the
decomposition temperature of foaming agent.
(4) Well control foaming density: Rebound resilience, density and
hand feel of the product are better than that of the liquid
stabilizer.
(5) Excellent yellowing resistance: Avoid that product produced by
liquid stabilizer turns yellow after stored for a period.
(6) Strong universality: It can be used in products with different
foam expansion ratios, such as PVC yoga mat, artificial leather,
bottle cap pad, etc.
(7) Convenient to use: Compared with liquid stabilizer, it is more
convenient to weigh and transport. And it avoids waste in usage and
reduces production cost of manufacturer.

NotesIf manufacturer uses liquid stabilizer formerly, please mix the
foaming stabilizer and plasticizer in 1:1 ratio and then add it.
Packaging and Storage:20kg/bag, stored in a cool, dry place. Avoid the direct sunlight
and rain. Storage life is 12 months.
